Originally from Cheshire, CT, Elle attended Lycoming College for undergrad to study Theatre. After graduation Elle began working in Orlando, FL for the Walt Disney World Company. She had always had a passion for working with children and began pursuing a graduate degree at Quinnipiac University in Elementary Education. However, in that program, she began to get exposure to ABA and working more closely with children with autism and made the switch to begin studying ABA. Elle attended Simmons University and obtained her graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. She began working as a behavior technician in 2017, became a registered behavior technician in 2018, and earned her Board Certified Behavior Analysis Certification in 2019.
Elle originally became certified in Florida and made the transition to Savannah, Georgia in 2021. Throughout her career, Elle has worked with children and adults on the spectrum from the ages of 2 to 23 years old. She has also provided services in the clinic, home, and school settings. Elle joined Kind Behavioral Health at the start of this year and is extremely excited to bring exceptional and high-quality services to the Savannah area and support KBH as it grows!
Outside of work, Elle enjoys spending time with her dog, friends, and family. She also loves exploring the Savannah area and traveling, including supporting the Savannah Ghost Pirates Hockey team. Elle also works closely with the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation to advocate for IBD patients and further the field of research.
